WORKSHOP REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: All workshops require pre-registration with payment in full on a first-come, first-served basis. Workshops tickets are non refundable, however tickets can be transferred to another attendee or transferred to another class. Class transfers must be made before 72 hours of the scheduled workshop date in order to allow us time to fill the empty seats. Limit 1 class transfer per person. Workshops may be canceled or rescheduled due to low enrollment (classes must have a minimum number of attendees to make it viable to run the class). In the event a workshop is canceled for low enrollment, you’ll be notified via email and entitled to a full refund or credit voucher. No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
